Engrenix
I had been searching for a long time for software that would allow me to create a wide variety of gear profiles to integrate into CAD software and control laser cutting machines, but I couldn’t find anything suitable among the free options.
After several months of work, here is the latest addition to my projects: I’d like to introduce you to Engrenix.
This Java-based software is standalone (it includes its own Java runtime). You’ll find the documentation in the “doc” subdirectory once you’ve unzipped the .zip file.
Like its predecessor, this software features an interface configurable in 14 languages (the most widely spoken languages in the European Union, plus English and Ukrainian).
